Your delivery date is confirmed in advance. If we miss it, we refund 25% of the purchase price.
White Glove In-Room Delivery
Every dresser is delivered and placed in the room where it will live.
Live With It First
For certain Oregon clients we offer 30 day in home sample dresser placement. A finished dresser can be installed so you can live with it before committing to a custom build. A refundable deposit is required and can be applied to your purchase.
Five Years of Local Service
For the first five years we provide: Drawer adjustments, slide tuning, minor scratch repair. Ensuring the dresser functions perfectly
as it settles into your home
Structural Warranty — 10 Years
While our structural warranty is ten years, our dressers are built to last much longer; designed to serve families for generations.
If a structural issue ever arises beyond the warranty period, we will always do our best to help repair or restore the piece.
Natural aging, finish wear, and damage from misuse are not covered.
